I saw some Hawkwind documentary where they claimed to have some pedal that emitted the shit-your-pants frequency, and claimed to have used it to great success. I don't believe it but it's a good story. If you play a riff that is heavy enough, you should be able to achieve the same effect. The 16-minute track on side B of the Melvins "Eggnog," played live, ought to do it, if anything can.

the pentagon and the cia were working with "infrasound" concepts as early as the 60's. the idea of ultra-low frequency cannons mounted on vehicles could be turned onto crowds to induce seizures and loss of bodily control (aka - shit yer pants.) that supposedly actually tried it out, but had to abandon it when the operators of the devices also spazzed. good stuff. we should try that again at a rock concert...

this is a photo of tesla's giant coil tower that he used to try to charge the atmosphere. his theories said that we could have free electricity from the atmosphere, simple by locking on to it. imagine electrical machinery that works without batteries or even without plugging it in to a circuit. it's actually possible, but the empowered interests don't approve because you can't centrally control the money and distribution (or so the story goes). when tesla died, the contents of his safe vanished mysteriously. his only notes. when he powered up this item on this poster, it coincided with the tongusta explosion. many teslas-ites think it was the cause.
