Yep, disney and starbucks are amongst the hardest enforcers of thier trademark protection, parody or not and not forgetting the HA of course who enforce slightly differently.
A Marilyn Manson gig is a lot higher profile than a daycare centre with crappy paintings of mickey and goofy on the side the likes of which disney have been known to target.
I'd be a little shocked if the people involved with this didnt have at least some clue to the potential aftermath, possibly this is all OK across the board?

i don't think disney will care if it's parody or not. starbucks came after me for a parody once. my lawyer let me kno that i'd eventually win but........ about 7years down the road at a cost of a few hundred thousand.
yeah, a couple of years ago some "Disney" people were at a craft fair here and wreaked havok on some lady that was selling stuff with mickey or goofy or something on it. They pretty much confiscated everything she used to make them: computer, sewing machine, fabric, etc... among other things. And this is in FARGO.
