Moiré, on screen only. Jeff used a circular line screen to translate the pencil shading for screen printing. At this size JPG, it gives me a weird view too, but in real life, it destroys.
Go to Jeff's blog. He was playing around with some art prints on black paper, & didn't like it,... colors or something, he was experimenting with water base. He printed some DCS logos across the prints. Then, he flipped the art print, & printed these posters on the other side, so the whole thing is covered in ink. 		  2007-12-19 06:49:41
