where did to get all that metal? expensive? Once for red bull I did a 4 foot by 3 foot old school boom box on metal. But that one sheet costs like 40+ dollars.

That's what it reads according to the auction I found it on... I'm sure it was done before, but honestly, I never heard of a poster being printed on a huge sheet of metal like that though anyway to my knowledge.
