I like the linework. I like where it's headed and where it came from. if you can break out of the Hess-like layouts and think of a new frame... Try drawing all your own type, to fit the line. (like i should talk) It looks like you've made your sketches and gone back in picking out the lines and bring the gesture lines into black.It's the Hess-like layouts and that one flat color.
