I just eat less and exercise more.
I was up to like 265 once, when I was like working out and eating 5 wendys chikken sandwiches a day.
thats like 20000 calories.
I lost 11 pounds in Japan. pretty effortlessly too. no grease, no fried food.
Ill be happy when I hit 200. thatl be about right.
Maybe you should check out some Stacker 2. According to the advertisements it's the worlds strongest fat burner.
