this isn't helvetica.. i forget what it is right now... most of this is drawn by hand. working as a team is fun. i draw a bit, yannick draws a bit then we smoosh it together and fuck around with layout.. and ta-da!

Oh, and more old school references--I think you guys will also dig a French design group (now defunct) called Grapus. There was a book on these guys about a dozen years ago, and may be more available in Canada than in the U.S.

Cloe - There's a Polish poster artist (old school), who lives in France that I think you'd like a whole lot--Roman Cieslewicz. Check him out, especially his stuff from the 60s-80s. This poster reminds me of his stuff (not directly, just the spirit).
