I think it looks different, but the differences come across better in person. Plus one of the freakier things on this poster (window tits) wouldn't have happened if you did it strictly on computer.

Always has been my favorite of Frank's pieces...the color choice is here is just so damn perfect. I'd only ever seen it in catalogs etc. so when i got posters american style I was glad to have a large version of it finally, since the real deal probably costs wayyy too much for me. Also, cool to hear it was all done with hand mechanicals!

Funny - I just took a break from design work and wasting time on this site - sat outside on my patio and thumbed through "Posters American Style", a book I got out of the library yesterday...and on page 67 is this poster. I've never seen it before and now it appears twice in one day. Ooo weird. It's like I can't get away from you Frank.

This all done via mechanical paste up. the letters and Sharon where 1 mechanical, the eyes a second. the colors where like done with amberlith seps. Charlie was both a positive and then knocked out negative stat.
Art Chantry would been proud.
