take it to a print shop that still has a stat camera. it's printed black on yellow - the camera will see it as b&w. you should be able to get a very clean photostat.
even a big copier could pick out the linework.

Yeah I make frames, every now and then I take a trip to my Dad's shop and rummage through his lumber supply..I've made a few so far anyway.
