its cool man, i prefer working in a style that reflects a bygone era and bringing it up to date with modern references.i love victorian engravings etc, they're a big influence on my work.i like combining classical art with modern day psychedelia.or no,actually,thats the 60's ain't it,oh well naymind. :-)
thanks kids* it was fun to try something different. i'm actually inspired now to try and combine a little 'punk xerox de-construction' with a 20's layout feel. mabry i'm just asking for trouble. go figure.
this was a direct experiment from 'gigposters' ( steve walters' work). it was fun but i got to admit it took a hell of alot longer to do than i'd hoped for. i'd like to keep working up this style ala terry gilliam and winston smith. wish me the best.
