Maybe on ebay. there was this weird guy who sort of had a lock on selling Gacy's shit ( I have 2 pieces a clown and a grim reaper)
and he published these books in an edition of 200. They where pretty expensive. Big hardbound thing in a slip case it's calles 'A Question Of Doubt'. It's pretty random and unreadable, as you would expect, but basically Gacy claims it was all a set up by some construction/businessman types that had a circle of perversion going on..he claimed he let these people 'use his house for parties' and that they killed the boys while maing snuff films. He tried to implicate like the whole local city government etc.
I read that..I want to remember there was also like a documentary abouot it..he thought he was playing Gacy, but Gacy was actually playing him...right into visits at the jail where a bit of 'hand on knee' supposedly went down. I have this crazy self-published book Gacy put out where it's HIS side of the whole thing. He goes on and on about how the cops ruined his carpeting and stuff. He does, however kinda 'forget; to talk about the 18 bodies under the house. It has al his 'courtroom drawings'.....
Thats so weird though... writing to serial killers... weve only had one I know of here in aus, and he wasnt as media savvy as the US ones I guess... if thats the right word for it. Although JAnes Addictions Ted Just Admit It was awesome, with its samples and loops etc...Nothing Shocking... must go listen tot that .
Theres a book out about a high school kid who started writing to Gacy. He was a wanna be profiler and thought he could out smart Gacy. He was wrong. That book was fucked up. I can't remeber the damn name of it?
Man... I think thats kinda spooky... Getting letters from Gacy. Hey that could be a Album Title for a lame ass band trying to offend huh? Mariln Mansons new Letters from Gacy CD out now through ....blah blah... Contains the hit... Dear Lyn, and also ,Bright day Clear Sky look the goes another guy... hmmm I best quit, this is a sign of coffee fix to keep away the voices.
This IS Gacy. A really strange guy in a nearby town had a mail correspondence going with Gacy while he was alive in prison. Gacy sent him a lot of stuff and on eitem was a snapshot of him dressed as Pogo. We redrew this from the actual photo. ;-)
This is nice, reminds me of the John Wayne Gacy Clowns that used to hang in Polyester Books here in Melbourne. Wonder what one of those would be worth to by... Over a hundred for a kozik bunny... a Gacy clown should be worth at least 200.00???
