honestly, this isn't my artwork and so i'm not about to try to fight about it, but most people, when caught pretty well red-handed on an intellectual property violation have the courtesy to, you know, apologize. whoever submitted or designed it (i have no idea if that's you, defence...) has not exactly stepped up to be humble about it, and that bothers me. perhaps they did contact seripop and license the artwork? fine, state that. but if not? take the time to explain that you're a new designer with no real knowledge of how all of this works and let us know that you won't do it again and would appreciate the help of this big, interesting design community as you find your footing. we'll see, right?
