it is a shame that the poster scene has turned into a scam with artist and the artwork. officials this official that who is official and who is not,All of you fucking grow up, make posters , hang them up. artist who live in thir own towns have every right to promote the shows they like and are much more official than some jack ass across the states who gives the right to do a project or flyer and they are miles away. any local that actually goes out on the streets and post flyers around town on there own, those guys are the official ones who give a shit and help the bands out, Artist who do posters and DO NOT attend the show , DO NOT hang up the flyers, WHO DO NOT promote it and MOST important do not listen to the band they draw something for are possers. i do not consider myself part of this poster movement , never did and never will. i always did a poster with a flyer and did 90 percent of my work in my own town and put up flyers on my own since the clubs were to fucking lazy. so any fucker on here whos dubs themselves as a official giving permission to do a flyer are a liar to everyone else and themselves. everyone knows that concerts rarly have awesome posters, just a black and white flyer passing around. only big clubs with big budgets get postcards or nice offsets done or possibly a silk screen. all these little towns etc etc basically have locals who give a shit doing the right thing or a unknown flyer artist making a 15 min or a masterpiece flyer to get to word out. I AM NOT OFFICIAL in this poster click, i am official to ONLY the BANDS, THE COMMON PERSON who loves the music they represent and does a flyer from his heart to really go out and promote and not for " HEY i am a poster artist" and will do everything in my power to shut possers down. many of you that i know on her and know me do this for the right reasons and others do not. it use to be about music not ego, WAKE UP
