I did a piece in the late 80's of a skull in a football helmet with an MX missile going through it -- in reference to the Robert Downey, Jr. quote from Back to School: "...violent ground acquisition games, such as football, as crypto-fascist metaphors for nuclear war..." This one is much better. SO much better, in fact.

Right now you could probably get quite a few 2600 cartridges at a garage sale...maybe even PONG. The artwork you sent me is framed prominently in my studio. Hard to believe you drew a skull. It's so precious.
Yep...I looked at my piece of Ewing artwork today. One day, when Ewing is all famous and dead, Ill sell it and buy myself a full-sized arcade game...to set up in my house...and play it for free, as much as I want...Cause it'll be all mine.
Jermaine owns the original art for this one. It's only 3 inches in size.
Thanks for the comments. I never thought about the head being under water, that's a cool idea. I wish that I would have thought of that. Someone else mentioned that it reminded them of the old Heavy Metal movie... that works for me.
The image was just a coincidence to what was going on at the time.
The illustration for this is incredible and I love the color choices. It reminds me of the haunted bomber scene from Heavy Metal. I can also almost hear that crazy laugh that EVERY ghost on Scooby Doo did. Good job.
Ewing rocks! Weird timing on the bands name and image with current events, especially with the date. The man knows his stuff, bold image, killer colors and great font. The only thing I would have liked to have seen added on this is purely aesthetic; bubbles in the water. Pretty damn minor bone to pick(pun intended). Great work man.
