The illustration is from inkmaster Ralph Walters. Jeff fleshed out the type & stuff. It's 2 colors printed on French Butcher Black.

I think he only stopped because he noticed Country Joe was standing at my table looking at my copy of AOMR. I wasn't even born until 1970 but for a brief moment I thought it was 1969.
