Hey Jeff, check out shine's designs (Jeff Sheinkopf) I think you'd like them, similar in the beauty of minimalism. I never have the guts to use such plain (not a knock) fonts on a poster. I'm so messy in my designs that I usually need a whacked out font, then I have to tweak that as well.
