i'll play me and say that i DID receive my poster from Mike with a couple of extra prints/posters thrown in back in Dec. but it did take 4 or 5 months and only after i pm'd joshua who explained he was mailing them out apparently one tube at a time on his work's fedex account. but, i too have had maybe 2 or 3 packages never show up in all my years of ordering stuff through mailorder and then online, and all were refunded in a timely manner or replaced. if stuff was sent once or twice, there should be a record of it, which looks like it was requested, tracking #'s should be given and/or money refunded, or just make it right finally. especially after the first mailing, a signature should have been required just to protect everyone involved. if there's no proof of any mailing, then that's not a good sign. if somebody would be sitting on multiple tubes sent to them, that's just wrong and karma will come back on them just as it would Mike if he's in the wrong. i still like Mike's artwork and just hope he gets stuff worked out with the people still waiting on his tubes. i know i would be pretty pissed almost a year later too.
