The complementary colors look great. Combine that with the splattared background effect (cool idea!), and this thing really jumps out at you. Amazing poster, but I disagree about the bottom text - reminds me of woodstock or something. I think an old-west block serif type, similiar to that used in the band name, might have fit better.
