This is really, really nice. The only thing that gives it the Ware look is the use of panels, but this is no bad thing. I *love* the snow overlapping onto the black of the panels.... fantastic work Dan. 8)

beautiful, quiet, simple and so nice.
closer to ware than say, a Marvel comic. even so, this is recognizable immediately as mccarthy's style and not ware.

this is also dan mccarthys style, and has been for a long time. theres really no connection between this and his comics other than sihouettes and its simplicity, which is hardly a defined signature style. mind you im a huge fan of both parties.
