Dan ApparatusSend Dan Apparatus a message :   In case anyone really cares. I made this poster so I'll lay some phat, phat concept on y'all. Quasi is filled with oxymorons. They are a stripped down band (two people) but make a huge sound. They're music is happy pop but their lyrics are dark as hell. So I tried to get across this juxtaposition by creating a dark, minimalist poster made primarily of very heroic, strong deco type. It's intended to be elegant and showy and disturbing and introspective at the same time. The tear/rain drop is thrown is to organize the poster a bit and to allude to "It's Raining" and all those depressing lyrics in their music.   2002-01-09 14:54:05
