THIS looks a lot like Morrissey too. I have to ask Slater if Im right...
great poster, shame about keane
I saw Keane on SNL a couple days ago and was impressed. I need to check em out...
Oooohhh what a great shading work Slater! I really like that touch of stain that you put to your posters. Keep doing this great, man!
Pat. James Longo
Once again perfection. The colors are great. This poster has such a wonderful feel to it.
ah that's cool.
there's some damn cool BGP posters in AMOR. I hadn't seen that Lucinda Williams poster and that Kids in the Hall/Goldenbooks poster is genuis. Gigart's Incubus looked good too.
it's the keane type. the filllmore type is perfect.
I wish all modern fillmore posters were this good.
thanks all. 13x19 offset printed on uncoated ivory french paper
I thought the Keane type was cool, is it the combination of 2 fonts you guys aren't feeling? or just the Keane font?
real nice classic...have my doubts about the KEANE font too...never mind; great illu!
those fingers kill.
Love the eyes, head placement makes the figure it seem more intimate.
hit and run
Hey Slater, how much for one of these? I should just have you ship it with the MC5 I just bought. Damnit. Nice work, all of your stuff is great. Keep it up. Let me know how much on these. Thanks!
yeah, i agree with the keane type. i love those hands.
That illustration rules! Not sure if I like the "Keane" type -- is that a modified Benguiat? Whatever, this is a great poster.
yes...i'm used to fillmore posters sucking.
this throws me off.
Look!! Another Fillmore poster that doesn't suck. :o I knew it was Slater's from the thumb.
