Eddie Vedder used to wear a George W. Bush mask on stage too. At least i saw him wearing it at Mexico City show last year. That was amazing. What happened there in US? What a pity he won...

fuck that. slater did his homework, and any fan that goes to that show, and buys this poster to commemorate it, will forever remember what the band did on stage because of this poster.
but you're right. he should have gone the difficult route, and really challenged the 16 year olds... :roll:

nothing wrong with a straight forward poster. i think any fan that goes to the shows or buys the current cd would dig this image.
sometimes people go too obscure. capture the fans not the other artists.
then again, i think slater is a total choad.

yeah I agree it's easy, that's the thing I don't like about it either.
The best political posters I've seen lately have all been done by Ames, especially the Gorilla one; really effective and smart.

aesthetically i think this is great. especially the glowinthedark ink. i understand why you put the bush idiot mask on there, but i still think it's a bit easy. appropriate and effective, but easy. know what i mean? green day's a pop band that some people think is punk and the singer wears a gw mask that says 'idiot' on it. seems like a lot of masks that don't really hide anything. maybe that's the charm. let me amend this by saying again that technically and aesthetically it's beautiful.

Thanks very much. Billie Joe wears a Bush idiot mask on stage so I knew this would be appropriate for them. If I was gonna get one tho I'd get fishers.
Voting for this election is a toss up for me between turd sandwich or giant douche. Hehe, dunno if anybody watched South Park last week but it pretty much captured my feelings exactly about this election.
