true, it's a nice poster the way it is. There was some talk on design solution so I chimed in. No disrespect.
Slater, why give design advice on a poster that a) is already finished and b) already perfect the way it is... ?
why not kern the type closer together and ditch the cross shape?
This poster would have the same concept is the red cross was still there but Ted Leo was elsewhere on the page. Red cross, pharmacy...concept.
The solved where to put Ted Leo intelligently by putting it in the cross.
That's the difference.
what's the difference?
Ok well then. That ain't a concept. Thats a design solution.
and there is an "E" in the middle of both...jesus christ richie
The balance of the letters...transcendant coincidence manufactured into usable design. In the red cross. Red cross--->medical--->'Pharmacists'. Get it? Id say it was 'clever'.
Honestly, and without me being a smartass here, what is this brilliant concept? I'm totally missing it.
yep. what el negro said. damn.
El Negro Magnifico!
Bee-you-tee-full. It's like, "why didn't I think of that but I'm glad you did".

nice one - is the registration off or is it supposed to be like that? I dig it either way.
Worry not, really is handwritten by our own Joey Jacket...
Thanks for the comments
Stop the presses!
Tell me that's not a "handwrtinin' font."
Say it aint so, oh grand one of small formalwear!
Mister Jacket: You have crafted a fine, smart poster, Sir.
Kudos to you!
Nice simple concept, I like it. Nice square format too.
