maynard's good. i did a cover for him a couple weeks ago. i think that GP has become too much of a distraction for him with all the chaos involved with art directing a weekly rag ( san diego city beat ).
no, actually, when i first saw this i really thought it was an old poster by mark michaelson that i hadn't seen before. it looks so much like that period of his work (here in seattle back around 83) that i had to double take and even look up maynard'sbio to see if it was mark.
that's not snarky, actually. it was real.
