I feel ya. Flores' illo style is really clean when it comes to linework so I wouldn't have compared it to this piece, but I see where you are coming from.

Well, for me it's the way that the little person it attatched to his head. Having things on heads like that is Flores trade mark and it instantly made me think of him when I saw the poster. Yes, the wide head does makes it look like Flores, but also the long narrow eyes, with the long eyebrows which come to a point at the top, and the big ears as well.
