The kid behind the counter was asking me how he could have a career in making art for rock bands like I do. I had to let him know that I had a day job and that I didn't make rock art full time.
I have been going in there and giving thos guys posters for a couple of years. They love to see me come in because they know they are gonna get some free stuff.
He seemed really bummed that it was really hard to make a living only doing art for heavy metal band t shirts and posters. Yet, I had to shatter his dream and tell him the truth.
I did point this shirt out and tell him that the guy who did this is one of the few who actually makes a fulltime living making art for metal bands. So maybe he left the conversation with some hope. 		  2005-06-01 00:29:30
