you have to mess with the brightness/contrast. to make it out on your computer. Thee Alex dumped it onto photoshop, I did the same. It's an interesting concept, I just want to know how it looks in the flesh.
thanks, guys. this one was a collaboration with kim fox, our studio manager and sarah blacksher, another lure designer. no, that's not them in the photo. this is printed with a gloss varnish tinted with glow-in-the-dark ink and a tiny bit of white on butcher black (again). i wanted it to be subtle in the light and bit less subtle in the dark.
Dumping this into Photoshop and messing about with the levels I see what is going on (my monitor shows a jet black poster normally)
The chosen image is wonderful and the understated nature a nice departure for posters for this band.
I like it a lot.
