didn't trap it very much. it worked out for the most part, some are a litle off in areas, but it doesn't really affect the prints much. it looks cool.
i tried that with the text TOO, bobby- it still 'felt' off..
Jamie, did you get the trapping figured out on this?
Personally I think the text is on point with the imagery and feel. I'd only consider left-justifying the text.
recently i did a poster that was an abstract sort of thing and couldn't make the type work. i scrapped it and did something else. good job on this and mad props for working it out.
i spent like 3 days trying different things with type on this. nothing i was doing was mnaking me happy, it was all competing too much with that image. so, i finally settled on something simpler. you can't see it as well here, but the text is like a 5th generation xeox, blown up an shrunk. it's kinda blown out, more so in some areas, and there's a patch of toner ink resideu in the corner. i like this because it reminds me of a bad cheap, 70s pseudo science paperback. it's supposed to look like an exploding sun.
12"x19", 2 colors on white 80 lb cover, i do believe.
