ah, excellent piece of statuary depicting, in allegorical wish-fulfillment, the primacy of royalty over the papacy. sadly, this didn't come to pass. until perhaps Henry VIII in England. for centuries, the Church held sway over the Crown, which had lost much of its power to Rome.

Thank you guys. 12.5x19. This idea was taken from a photo I took from Notre Dame. There's were a couple of angels in the original photo, but the idea is still the same. The detail on the cathedral is outta hand.
When I was printing this damn thing I put too much retarder in the ink and I had so much leaking through the screen I wasted about 12 test prints. I learned a lot on that one.
