On the actual print, the artist and the printer are credited in the side of the controller in black, pretty stealth.
Oh, and it was just the one Rob, my bad.
Poor Elliot. I'd rather have the bat.
Yar's Revenge. Now there's a fun Atari game.
For the last few years I've been obsessed with Vectrex (http://www.classicgaming.com/vectrex/). It would be cool to see a poster make use of those vector line graphics (like Star Wars, Star Castle, Omega Race, etc). Has anyone done that?
I still remember the tv commercial for the E.T. video game though. Elliott threw the baseball into the shed and E.T. threw back the video cartridge . . .
It goes without saying that ET was not fun. It was such a flop that Atari had to bury tons of cartridges in the desert. Superman was a hard one to figure out what you were supposed to be doing -- but once you have some instructions it's not terrible, merely kinda bad.
Oh yeah. Geek check. I like this poster.
I fucking hated Atari, playing Superman or ET on my buddy's console was a frustrating hour. I was into Intellivision, hence the type here, but I missed the joystick. They made these lame attachments you could slip on your intellivision disc and have a joystick, but it played terribly.
I wanted to add another button, but I was told I didn't need to make my point anymore obvious. Overkill is my forte.
