Bryan MoatsSend Bryan Moats a message :   Just picked this up from the printer and it looks great. They'll never see this but I'd like to thank my boys at Zip Print, Inc. Two of the most raunchy, old, horse race betting, greaser good old boys in the business. Offset masters. Chauvinistic as hell, but only when the customers are gone.   2004-02-19 19:21:35
Bryan MoatsSend Bryan Moats a message :   Thanks everbody.
Zach, it's true, the type, at least, is definitely a wink and nod to AA (as well as many of their /our predecessors.) The rest, though, I feel very comfortable is something I might have done even had I not ever seen an AA poster.
Most of my recent posters have been heavily inspired, in fact, by things I've dragged out of some recently rediscovered sketchbooks of my own from like 1995-1999, before GP was around.
 Sorry, I just read over all that and it sounds like I'm mad. I'm certainly not. Mine looks like Aesthetic Apparatus? 8) cool.

8ballSend 8ball a message :   I love it when people use hands as a subject in their posters ALMOST AS MUCH as a black/blue/white color scheme! Good job!   2004-02-18 01:33:32
