"Battle Royale" is pretty easy to find. There's the HK VCD, the HK DVD (which is region coded for R3), the Japanese discs, the Korean release, the UK disc, and a UK released (Tartan) for export NTSC Region 1 DVD which is what you'd want if you live in North America. There's a ton of bootlegs out there too that you can probably get for cheap.
