It's weird, I once sent a package to Chicoutimi (my ex lived there before moving to Montréal) and it took TWO days. Same thing coming the other way! I don't know what is going on but Quebec and Tayside seem to be able to get post back and forth at almost superhuman speeds.

I think possibly this would generate curiousity from passerbys, but would they be able to get enough info to react?
