I like the design but the brown background? I think it ruins the direction you were going for...The brown doesn't even reinforce the dynamic (I feel) you were going for in representing the idea of the band...
It's like the bad 70's...not the art deco side, but the non-artistic side...
Just my initial objective impression! 8)
