yup. the infoshop is pretty new, they only started having shows in october or november, it is kind of an anarchist collective/activist bookshop thing. it's the only place i've been to that had the john travolta scrapbook on the same shelf as the che guevara biography
thats an interesting idea. i'm printing these this weekend i think so i'll try all of these ideas and eventually end up going with whatever the promoter likes best, i'll repost the final design.
yeah, tell me about it. I haven't started printing them yet, just a few test prints, maybe i still have time to correct the problem with the "after thought text" any suggestions?

the low contrast comes from it being printed on vellum with the information and the pencil sketch on one side with the background image and oil painting on the other side. and i agree about the afterthought type...i tried a few things but none of them seemed to work...
I like the composition and texture, but don't care for this particular low contrast palette, and the afterthought info type on the bottom kills it for me.
