Oh rad! That's cool you found that link. I've never seen a real photo of it. I just found a prototype drawing of it, so I redrew it from that. The real one's so neat! I read in the prototype book that it 'comfortably seats 6'. I wanna go on a 30 mph road trip!

The "actual vehicle" that I've seen (even sat in one) that most resemble this (not exactly) is the BMW Isetta. Old 3-wheeled car. Googly!

If it looks familiar, you might be remembering Lowly Worm's Apple mobile from Richard Scary's line of Children's books. They made a remote control version that looks very similar to this except it's an apple and doesn't have the side window.
Still fucking impressed by the concept.

thanks folks! there's so much tiny detail on this that it's hard to see in the jpeg, it kinda got a bit fuzzy... like mr. wiggles the balloon is hard to see.
this show was crazy... i could have used a magical orange the next day.
