newseamusSend newseamus a message :   This is the sort of stuff that attracted me to the art of rock posters in the first place!

Brendan JordanSend Brendan Jordan a message :   Wow, That's a pretty cool way of doing it. I've tried making fonts in the past, but the shareware for doing that is sort of clumsy.   2003-09-05 19:25:23
DaveGinkSend DaveGink a message :   By the way, that's the exact same process I used on the monster type for the Gigposters logo and Electric Frankenstein poster. Some day I'll make that a font also.

Actually, the main type isn't a font. Back when I did my Galactic poster I hand drew an alphabet based on 60's style lettering... scanned it in...and created a vector-based alphabet in Freehand. That's what I used here. I hand manipulated each character into the shape.
I only have a few missing characters and I'll probably turn it into an actual font one of these days.
