It's posters like this that made all the hot girls at FS3 flock to Jerala booth. You woulda had them too, Jeff if you'd been there. Nice work, congratulations.
WOW...POW, This is a killer honor for Jeff Gaither and myself. I have always wanted to have a poster of the week and now I not only get to be part of one but... with one of the coolest mutha' f'rs in the art biz.
We actually had alot of fun doing this poster. Jeff and I did the sketches together, he penciled most of it, I filled in some pencil and then I inked it... Jeff rocked out the color all by his lonesome.
Killer job my friend... lets have a Cuban sandwich this week to celebrate.
i don't think i've ever seen a poster that floored me as much as this one. there's some good magic in this one. perfect. this is also the first time i've seen a collaborative poster look so seamless. yipee-i-frickin-kay-eh!
Tis is an amazing poster. I was blown away when I first saw this and I am still amazed. Two of the best artist out there today. Gaither and Tidwell, kings of the field.
Maybe you could of listed it under a new designer called Joe Bob or maybe Tidwell/Gaither. No big deal :-? Hey - Tidwell - sorry I had to make you leave the last time you was over at my house...I just could not take it anymore seeing you smell my dirty underwear :o
Great job on the art!
Congrats on the MTV2 spot!! Jeff said you two were working on stuff. I knew it was going to be great, but this goes beyond great! The detail is intense.
This is a colaboration between Jeff Gaither and myself... we couldn't both list it so here goes...
we both worked on the pencils, I inked it and Jeff colored it... this is now an animated commercial on MTV2 and we've heard it kicks ass... we haven't seen the full animated version yet.
Enjoy,
Jeral
