whitey -
well, it just seems strange. but, it's no stranger than 99% of the images used on the posters around. i guess it doesn't need to mean anything.
wait, i think i said that once, a long time ago. geez, i'm a hypocrit!
wrong. it's 'LIKE' in a different country. Anyway, how dare AA use bears on a poster for NXNW when you've never seen a bear before.. you live in the city right?
'also, amazing use of that font. i always see it peering out at me wanting me to scan it but i say to it "brother, i cant figure you out, where is your home".'
I love that typeface, too. It's called Broadgauge Ornate in one of those Dover books. I used it on a piece last year and weirdly, just this week (but I'm mixing about 20 circus types on this new thing). Anyway, AA always do a great job with typography (and Heads Of State ain't bad either...)
also, amazing use of that font. i always see it peering out at me wanting me to scan it but i say to it "brother, i cant figure you out, where is your home".
this is great - it took me a second to notice the third bear.
the point that they come to - is that supposed to be something, like and arrowhead or something?
