yeah, dave has. i did post one - it should be listed under his name, but i haven't checked on whether it worked. he's done lots of stuff (like he designed the newest immortal lee county killers cd/lp cover. it looks great!). he's actually extremely good, but he thinks he's second rate and shies away from it. he probably could have done well as a designer, actually.
