I actually made Tiddies for a couple of summers when I was a teen punk/metal kid. Got paid a few cents per pair like a sweatshop. You had to spit into the tubing to make it go onto the y-connectors. So every pair of Tiddies flip-flops had somebody's spit in it. We always had dry-mouth... and not just at lunch time. Just thought you might like to know.
you fucking know Aldo Nova?...life is just a fantasy, can you life this fantasy?...
I am jealous. In Texas we had our own local OP type surf company called Pat Magee's...had tons of shirts...lets not forget the craze of Tiddies either...the cool flip flops that BMX radsters wore to the pool...I WANT THE 80's back ;)
Its actually very web/motion graphic design which Nocturnal likes to do...but they did not invent it. They just brought alot of it to screenprinting...and they do it well.
If you like this kind of work check out one of the originators of the style, Mike Cina & Mike Young.

There is actually two versions of this poster but the image and colors are the same and only the dat, venue, and city change. I think this is one that would you need to see in person to really dig. It's great.
