Other than Hampton doing a lot of comic themed prints and they seem to fit pretty well, I would say no.
is there a connection between DD, miller, and QOTSA?
I didn't mean it as a dig either, just wondering why the comment.
dont get me wrong i own this and dig it, but its a straight rip.
so i might just not understand clever.
What's clever about it?
I just got mine, and cheap too :D
i need to get off my duff and find one for myself.
Just got this
.. these guys..
I really need to get one of these
rocks so hard
I think the thing I like the most about Justin and his work, is that he's so good, yet is super humble.
Those two attributes are a good combination.
Trivia: I missed this show. :x
Thanks! This one just sold out. I've only got the glow in the dark Special Editions left now.
Sweet! immona hafta have one of these.
Yah, I try to use a Z formation when I design stuff, or at least have been making more of an effort lately. It just seems like an easy way to move the viewer through your design.....good job.
Z? That's cool, I actually didn't notice that. It is weird how some of the strongest designs resemble the shape of letters from the alphabet. I mean, yeah, I meant to do that.
OUTSTANDING!!!! Nice work Justin. Miller is definately one of THE best artist/ writers EVER. :o
...plus you got that whole "Z" eye flow thing going on......
One again, just like on your Strokes poster, a perfect example of illustration and design working well together. The best of both worlds......Good job.
The Q's are white on white in the main run and glow in the dark on the A/P's.
Daredevil #187 to be exact! From the classic run by Frank Miller. A big ode to one of the best artist/writers ever!
Holy Crap! This has a very Daredevil feel to it.
