From a forensic standpoint the gun might wind up somewhere else but in order to suggest that he shot himself I think it needs to be in his hand. Poster license.
Whoa. Rather harsh for JSBX, but I can't knock it too hard.
For the sake of accuracy, wouldn't the gun be involuntarily thrown a small distance from the body? And in this case, wouldn't it be at the end of the table, since the shot was administered to the mouth or forehead?
It's late, and I'm over-analyzing.
