well done, sir
Really nice Nick.
Seems that posters are easier to sell on heavier archival stock...but most of these things work better when they look and feel ephemeral.
Nice -- I think a little janky would work well with this image (I mean that as a compliment to the design, not as a pejorative). Good to know about the tissue paper too -- I'm gonna screen on some Kleenex's to give out at FS.
You can screenprint on something as light as tissue paper if you use the right inks.
Good on ya, Nick.
well - it kinda looks janky to be honest. but like good janky. like if youve seen the old cuban posters that are on thin ass paper. fragile. like YES
This is awesome. I'd love to see it on newsprint, but how does that hold up to screening? Id've thought newsprint was too frail, shows what I know.
this is cute as fuck
i only printed like 1 or 2 on newsprint. rest is on the cougy naturallaius. been newsprinting it lately here and there. is look good
El Negro Magnifico!
Terrific. I'd love to see the real thing, too!
Much more stripped back than a lot of your recent posters Nick and it works well for doing so. Brilliantly executed!
You should submit an actual photo of it on that newsprint to GP... no one would ever know that from the jpeg.
Nice looking image by the way.
he printed one on this like newsprint and the sucker looks about 50 years old. is good.
This is great.
putting the fist in sophisticated.
Amazing. I say that every time, I know.
