I just realized this is Sam McPheeters from Born Against. He used to be an Albany HC homie back in the mid-late '80s. Most of those bands sucked (except for the godlike Sheer Terror) and the whole scene was like this big uncreative homoerotic jock fest, but Sam seemed to have more on the ball. Sam: we never met but I was from Lansingburgh / North Troy, the Cranial Abuse / Stigmata kids were like little runts to me back then, I went to school w/ them. Troycore, hah!! George Muskatella from Final Terror is now a prominent local jazz gtrist.
