duh yeah, totally - I've been a complete dope all day... was thinking the black was the sum of the other 3 colours hence registration trickiness... don't ask - I burnt my dinner too

If I were doing it I think I would just not print the cyan/yellow there and then drop the letters out from the black layer

uh oh, looks like something Santi Pozzi might do (teehee). I like it, but tell me, would that red/magenta text be a nightmare to register? or would you print it with an extra screen after? (I'm a cymk process virgin)
