Mr.Witt...
Fantastic. We'll see you at the show.
As far as getting a poster...hopefully Mr.Earle will be cool with us selling them. Otherwise, we'll definitely hold on to one for you.
"kinda like gene simons putting his blood in ink for a Kiss album, or also like the Red Violin... you guys are on some next level demonic shit."
It was all the guys for the Kiss comic book. I bought all four of the solo albums with the posters and a copy of the certification of real Kiss blood in the ink for my brother in law for Christmas last year. You can get anything on Ebay
"BUT while I was at the hospital Dan took one of the bloody rags that I had wrapped around my finger and wrung it out into our bucket of red ink."

The size: 18.5 x 24.5
Unitus. No drug tests. BUT while I was at the hospital Dan took one of the bloody rags that I had wrapped around my finger and wrung it out into our bucket of red ink.
what a weekend. My band plays the next day at the Lab. Maybe, still working on that.
Were the Steve Earle tickets like $25? How much for the Melvins? I've heard of these Grumpy's shows, but never been to one.
The Melvins show is on February 9th (Sunday).
Also cool going on at Grump's is a new addition of an art gallery...check it:

I'm not a big fan of this one, although I do appreciate that they had some kind of concept behind it. AA has a great body of work but this one doesn't seem to click. . .maybe its the type, or the metallic gold which looks like Kinko's marbled portfolio paper. . .or the obscuring mess at the bottom. . .
Well, we were kind of hoping it didn't look like what you'd expect from a Steve Earle poster. The imagery is pulled from lyrics from his song Jerusalem...
"But I believe there'll come a day when the lion and the lamb will lie down in peace together in Jerusalem."
The tan color is actually metallic gold.
Also. We printed these last night. I thought I'd trim down a few before calling it a day, ended up slicing one of my fingers open with an xacto knife and going the emergency room.
5 stitches!
this poster rules... but doesn't look like it should be a steve earle poster... unless I'm getting him confused with someone else... either way, fuckin nice!
