I'm really not sold on the Sword being the Real Deal. At all. Not that I mind, or am in any position to judge, as I play in a fake-ass metal band too, and make no claims otherwise. But based on having seen them twice and having heard their records... My impression is that the Sword are absolutely an indie-rockers-playing-metal metal band. With irony aplenty.
