Cheers! I'm really happy with how this turned out. I wasn't sure if it was going to work out how i wanted it, but i'm happy with the end result. I watched a really interesting documantry the other week about Hokusai's Great Wave. It pointed out that it incorporated an awful lot of rules of composition that he borrowed from Western art. I figured if i used a simlar composition pattern, it couldn't go too far wrong. So i guess i did cheat in that respect. It's also part of a series of prints he did that incorporated views of Mount Fuji, so that was a theme i figured sort of fit given the subject matter of the photo on the front of the Young Team album. I'm waffling.
