I woke up to that Jonathan Richmond song "Party in the Woods" this morning. I've never partied in the Minnesotan woods, but memories of partying in the Massachusetts woods brings to mind the Hank Williams song "Setting the Woods on Fire." |

in high school we would have had keg parties in the woods. outside of yukon, oklahoma. every other weekend. three kegs, trash can punch. bonfires and 4x4 mud slinging traction action. lock the hubs boys and grab the big chain, one more truck stuck in the mud. |

the Brewers mascot is Bernie the Brewer, who up until a few years ago, used to slide into a giant mug of beer everytime the brewers hit a homerun. Let me tell you, if you are drunk at a Brewers game and you see that. Life is good!

oh, and they got a ripley's believe it or not museum and that giant wood rollercoaster (zeus) in the dells too.
when i was a kid we saw the brewers play and i was introduced to BUDMAN. why don't they have kiddie mascotts for beer anymore? |
